Easy to install. Good illumination

This kit comes with everything you need to install, right down to a small roll of tape to attach the wire to the fishing strip. Despite the instructional video being in (what I assume was) Chinese, the visuals are more than enough to follow along. It perfectly fit the top half of the boot with no trimming required. Its practically invisible during the day, but gives a great glow and plenty of additional illumination across the boot space in the dark.

Really love how seamless it looks installed on my MG4. I got the half circle and found it lights up the boot at night without being overly attention seeking.

I’d recommend the white coloured LEDs for new 2026 models being the same colour as the existing boot light.

The install was easy enough but the light isn't as bright as pictured, however during the night it does the job compared to the original candle lamp in the boot.
